Access control for Airbnb and short-term rentals

When a unit's occupant changes every few days, administration needs to know who was authorized and for how long. Gateguard lets the resident or manager generate invitations with validity and register access at the community's controlled points, in accordance with its bylaws.

Use case

A host registers guests in advance and shares the QR authorization. On arrival, the access point verifies its validity. Staff or the Totem intervenes depending on the installed version; once the stay ends, the authorization stops working according to its configured period.
